One last piece of advice, do something instantaneous/ready to consume right away, get to the point, it works well/very well, but don't forget the others (setting up a story is cool too and your first attempts are well but it's just that in the state we really don't have time to absorb it in short we don't believe it! the Dialogue are seen and re-watched we would say random it's not of much use for the moment surprises us ! ;)

A unique voice! Create a character from scratch in your style/See if you can hire an artist to make it even more alive! Find ideas to break the 4th wall and involve your audience that would stand out from the crowd / And finally be generous in your content the more you give the more you will have! People mainly look at: The content in quantity and want the contributions to be profitable / regularity: (if you post once a month you will lose some of your supporters every month they will be frustrated it's not enough / well on quality (but you already have that :)!
