Last week I described changes that I would be making to spring trap's canon due to issues I saw arising with the in-universe situation I was creating. Several people thought I was walking back my commitment to add a player/spring trap scene in an update after 1.0 which wasn't the case. If you'd just like to get to the update skip to the end of this post.
For the sake of conciseness my plans for Springtrap are for her to roam the showroom and require the player to balance her attention between the other sex bots by having them laugh or moan to redirect her. If she spends too much time with a particular sex bot she will begin having sex with that bot. In a later update there will be an optional item added to Mangle's shop that will cause Springtrap to attack the player by having a moan or some other noise come from the office. Since springtrap is a security bot she will be able to open the doors to the office resulting in a guaranteed loss by using the item. This is to allow people who like futa on female but not futa on male to not have to worry about triggering a Male/Futa scene on accident while still having a scene available to those who want it .
In offense to conciseness, here is a hopefully more complete explanation of what I was talking about last week:
Springtrap is not going to get a scene with the player in her introductory update since A. she already requires a load of animation work to interact with 6 bots and B. she would require two game over scenes depending on the player's settings (futa/strap on + non futa). Because of this I was looking for a way to explain why springtrap wouldn't be engaging with the player and the initial idea I had was that she was a lesbian. After some consideration I found that explanation unsatisfactory since it didn't make sense for a sex bot to be anything but bisexual as well as the issue of establishing a characters sexuality for the sole purpose of forcing them to be straight later on. A much better explanation in my opinion was that she would be too distracted with the other 6 bots to notice the player since it makes more sense and it's less problematic. So to be clear my issue wasn't that I should never let springtrap interact with the player, my issue was with my explanation of why it wasn't happening in this particular update.
So, back to the update:
This week I programmed springtrap's intercept for the two wandering bots: Chica and Fredrika as well as fixed an issue that caused the monitor to become unusable under certain circumstances.
If springtrap tried to seduce the puppet during story mode when the puppet was not present it would cause the camera to "flicker" in a loop making it completely unusable. Springtrap will now check to make sure her desired sex bot is available before trying to approach them. Eventually springtrap will be removed from story nights prior to night 7.
Springtrap can now intercept every bot in the game, Chica and Fredrika will require her to go to a meeting spot and wait for them to approach her.
Springtrap's penis size is now tied to the "over sized breasts" cheat, if there's a want for it I'll make it a separate cheat but I've found most people who like things big like everything big. This doesn't change whether or not springtrap will have a penis, so if you have that setting disabled you won't notice a difference.

I'll take a look at Chica. There hasn't been any issue with the discord that I'm aware of, I don't know what could have caused you to be removed. Patreon did go under maintenance a little while ago it may have effected the Patreon discord bot's ability to assign roles which may have caused it. Other than that I don't know.

No, I don't see any benefit to dealing with steam's developer tools. I also don't want to go through platforms that charge what I see as exorbitant fees to developers (steam takes 1/3 of all proceeds) even if I'm making a free game I don't agree with the practice.

Noticed that Chica doesn't go away when she's at the doorway and looked at via camera. Her stance changes to idle at some point and eventually the game loads the "Chica endgame" result. This happened two times and, on both times, Springtrap was at Foxy's doorway (don't know if this matters). Btw, is the discord server acting up again or something? It disappeared, again, from the servers list a week or two ago.
