Monday Update 06/21/21 - Alpha Build

This weekend I worked on further experimenting with the new render pipeline looking for ways to increase graphical quality while keeping some of the performance gains. This lead to me starting a complete recreation of the game map to increase performance while hopefully making it look nicer than before. I also fixed (and improved in some cases) almost all of the materials, so the meat sack should no longer be invisible.
What I found from looking into the performance difference between the render pipelines was how I abused real-time lighting. Baked lighting is both much more performant and higher quality than real-time lighting, however baked lights can't be changed during the course of gameplay. This limitation was what turned me off of baked lighting. Since FuckNAF uses real-time lighting as a game feature, I originally thought it would be impossible to use lightmaps, however there seems to be a work around where I have two sets of light maps (lights on, lights off) and segment the map into portions so that I can apply the light maps onto individual rooms based on whether or not that room should have its lights on. This should provide improved lighting for the showroom while also providing improved performance.
Some other nice features of baked lighting include the ability to have "lights" of any shape or size such as a neon sign or big roof tiles. Real time lights also "wash out" a lot of reflections, so the sex bots are now much more reflective especially Golden Fredrika /Bonnie and Phoenix.
The new map is still a work in progress, and will include some other planned features that I've moved up in priority due to the fact that the map is in a state of disrepair regardless. Those planned features are:
Adding multiple spots where a game over can take place. For example Mangle's two scenes will be able to happen at her desk, in front of the stage, or on Foxy's Bed.
Changing how game over scenes are loaded so that they don't require a reload to happen.
Adding "pseudo-threesomes" when a player loses to two bots who don't have a threesome animation. For example if the player loses to Foxy while Mangle is coming for them, Mangle will watch the scene unfold and afterwards begin a scene of her own.
After the map and by extension the rest of the game are back in working order I'll resume work on the Bonnie scene. I didn't intend to derail the update so abruptly, hopefully it will only take a week or two to get back on track.

Ah ok. Strange I've never had that issue before, but as you said it can be sporadic. Any idea around it? I've tried allowing it through the Anti Virus but same result. I can use the new alpha but none of the old ones. Worst case I can just wait for the next update and see what it does.

It seems anti viruses will sporadically mark the game as a virus since they don't like executables from unknown sources. Try googling the name of the virus it's detecting and you'll probably see that it's working off of heuristics, which is essentially the anti virus making an educated guess. You can upload the file to virustotal.com to be extra safe, they will run several dozen anti virus scans on the file for free.

So for whatever reason I cant download and play any of the other files you've posted because my Anti Virus is flagging them as Malware. Any insight?

ok i encounter a problem the scenes wont load anymore all im hearing is that the background keep running but only a pitch black screen is shown

You could get all 7 at once. There's certain flags for a threesome that each bot has so if you have Fredrika, Mangle, and the Puppet at the door while you're hacked with Chica hiding and Foxy tackles you as Honey Pot goes off you would fulfill all the conditions. If the pseudo-threesomes do allow for more than two game overs at once, they won't all be there at once for CPU performance reasons. For example if you lost to Chica Bonnie and Foxy you would get Chica's BJ scene with Bonnie watching, then Bonnie's cow girl scene with Foxy watching, then Foxy's stroker scene with no one watching.

Will the pseudo-threesome mechanic be solely for threesomes? Because you can actually get (at least in my experience.) Up to four bots to come at you at once. (Fredrika, Mangle, Puppet, and a choice between chica, Bonnie or foxy.) So will each one be apart of these scenes or just up to two?
