Further clarification, when I try the cmd prompts it results with "unable to access runelite.jar" or "unable to access runelitenom.jar"

Having issues opening this. I open it with JavaW and have tried troubleshooting it with no success. When I open with JavaW nothing happens.

ah my mistake, I was under the impression the other link gave you the individual plugins you could compile yourself when RL updated.

Nevermind, I was able to fix it. In case anyone else has the same isssue I used this software to fix it: https://johann.loefflmann.net/en/software/jarfix/index.html
Hi I'm having a really hard time getting it to load. I have the latest Java installed but whenever I double click to open nothing happens. Same when specifically choosing java as the application for opening. I'm trying to get it to load for the Jad overlay. Let me know if I'm doing it wrong. Cheers,
