Shape is the most important. With the right shape, size becomes secondary. "Perfect" silicone balloons are too perfect, and become the opposite; naturalness should be the guiding principle. If they're so big they seriously sag w/o silicone, they ought to be reduced a little to something more sensible. Bigger is not always better.

There's a lot more to them. Shape is very important, but size plays an almost equal role. There's also spread, weight, elasticity... Then there's the nipples. Nipple size, shape, areolas, etc. They all play very important parts and cannot be overlooked. For me, I love a set of retrousse tits, heavy C's, with small nipples and flat areolas. Sorry if that's too much information; I just love boobs.
