Lara was only feeling slightly stressed as she made her way to Ms. Baker’s office. Her stress mainly came from the strange looks her co-workers had given her when she brought coffee to Tina. The compliment was all so very worth it though. One thing was for certain her therapy was definitely advancing wonderfully in helping her deal with her stress. She was so much less stressed out than on a usual Friday.
Ms. Baker had to agree that Lara’s therapy was advancing perfectly. She just came off the phone with Tina and it appeared that Lara had been so much more servile. Down to even giving her previous rival a foot rub on her lunchbreak. It wasn’t really the slut like behaviour she was hoping for, but from what she had heard from Tina the slut definitely did go out if one started flirting with Lara. It was just an avenue Tina didn’t want to explore. Lara certainly did seem to dress more like a slut from what Tina had told her.
The stupid angle was one that apparently didn’t come out enough just yet. Well not as obviously as Ms. Baker wanted it to that is. It had been clear to Tina, Lara had obviously come over a little ditzy to her between the distraction of mentally checking her appearance, the frequent phase outs after someone said her name, and the playing with her hair. That ditziness hadn’t been spotted by her co-workers though, at least not to the point where it appeared in their gossip. Although that might have something to do with everything else they have had to gossip about. According to Tina the ditziness had also become less apparent over time as Lara didn’t seem as confused as before after her name had been called. In fact it had become barely noticeable that she even zoned out.
An added benefit according to Tina however was how Lara’s looking down at people’s feet all the time made her seem a little more insecure and even a little submissive. In that regard that command had definitely worked out better than expected.
While Ms. Baker made some last mental adaptations to the new hypnosis routine, adapting her new commands to what she still needed to work on to continue advancing Lara in the direction she wanted, Lara arrived at the office. She was about to head into the office without knocking like usual, but she reconsidered at the last minute. Wasn’t it rude to just enter without knocking? As her superior Ms. Baker certainly deserved to be treated with the utmost respect even if she paid her to do this job. A little awkwardly Lara decided to just knock on the door.
It startled Ms. Baker slightly. She had made herself comfortable to receive Lara, gotten ready to go and put the woman to the test herself and now this? Who the hell could that be at such an inopportune time? “Come on in!” She called out half annoyed, really wanting and needing to deal with who ever was at her door quickly cause Lara could storm in at any moment.
Much to her surprise it was Lara who entered her office, surprising because Lara never knocked before. With the commands she had been feeding the woman it was a logical new habit, but it still surprised Ms. Baker. In a good way though. “Ah Lara, please have a seat.” Ms. Baker said, quickly regaining her composure.
She hadn’t put Lara in a trance just yet. The woman had become a lot less insufferable and she really wanted to try something this time. As Lara took place on the couch Ms. Baker deliberately dropped her shoe and started rubbing her sheer tan nylon covered sole, grimacing like her foot was aching. Instantly Lara was transfixed on her therapist’s foot, trying to observe as much about it as possible now that she was given this rare shoeless look.
“Excuse my unprofessionalism Lara, I’ve just been on my feet all day and apparently breaking in a pair of heels at the office wasn’t such a great idea after all. They’ve been aching something fierce all day. I’m sure you understand though, you’re always wearing such elegant heels yourself.” Ms. Baker explained as she quickly started putting her shoe back on as if it had really just been to get some quick much needed relief.
“Oh, I definitely know what that’s like.” Lara said trailing of a little, seemingly hesitating. “Maybe I could help you out, you know massage the tension away a little. I mean it would give me something to do with my hands while we talked.” Lara offered, blushing a little, a finger instantly going up to her hair. This was very inappropriate, but Tina had paid her so many compliments when she was massaging her feet so it was definitely worth a shot, in any case it would help out a superior person.
“That would be mighty unprofessional. I mean I could really use a foot rub, god I would be so grateful for a foot rub right now, but I simply can’t accept one from a patient of mine.” Ms. Baker replied although that offer from Lara was exactly what she was hoping and aiming for with her little show. Now she would wait and see how the woman further reacted. She really hoped she would push on after her rejection. She had really made it alluring after all, claiming how she could use a foot rub and how grateful she would be.
There was a moment of clear hesitance and nervousness in Lara’s eyes before she exclaimed. “Well if you don’t say anything to anyone neither will I. You have helped me so much already, I mean my stress this week has stayed pretty bearable thanks to this new kind of therapy no doubt. The least I could do is help you a little in return. No one has to know about you being unprofessional so please, let me return the favour and help you out a little.”
“I’d almost think you were a lawyer, that’s a very good argument and I could really use that foot rub. If you insist then why not?” Ms. Baker joked a little, trying to make the conversation light-hearted. She wasn’t about to refuse again though. Lara had reacted exactly like she had hoped, after all the work she had put in hypnotising Lara these were the fruits of her labour and she would take full advantage of them. Without further hesitation she slipped off her heels and put her feet right on Lara’s lap.
The woman didn’t hesitate even a moment as she started kneading the somewhat damp nylon soles of her way older therapist to the best of her capabilities. “God Lara that feels so good. You’re doing such a great job, you really are amazing.” Ms. Baker complimented, giving Lara the praise she so much craved while reinforcing how good it felt to help people out with whatever they needed. Lara certainly had come a long way. Even last week she wouldn’t knock before barging in here and now she was massaging her feet for a few words of praise.
“Lara is a stupid slut.” Ms. Baker then exclaimed. Her little experiment had been a huge success, but now it was time to get to work. In response to her trigger Lara’s eyes immediately glazed over and her hands froze in place around Ms. Baker’s feet.
“You can carry on massaging my feet while we do this Lara.” Ms. Baker added with a smile. The massage did feel great after all and having this bitch of a woman do it for her was better than any massage she had ever had. The sheer enjoyment of having this high and mighty lawyer, the one who felt superior to everyone do something like massaging her tired somewhat sweaty feet really was the best.
“Good, Lara, how does it make you feel to make yourself useful to your superiors like this? Does it feel great? Does it make you feel useful? Do you like making yourself useful?” Ms. Baker asked as Lara gave her a toneless yes in reply.
“See that’s exactly why you aren’t worthless. You might be wildly inferior to everyone and you are, but if you make yourself useful like you do now, your superiors won’t care. They will even appreciate you, appreciate you for the use you have to them, whether it’s fetching things, handing out foot rubs, just looking pretty, flirting back to people who have an interest in you, it doesn’t matter. As long as you have your uses whatever those uses are people will accept you and appreciate your presence. You aren’t worthless because you are worth something to your superiors. Remember that very well Lara.” Ms. Baker spoke, further enforcing the feedback loop, she had previously ingrained in Lara’s subconscious, solidifying it completely.
“Now I have noticed that you don’t seem as confused as you were before anymore after phasing out when you hear your name. Can you explain to me why that is?” Ms. Baker asked, happy with herself as she felt Lara’s thumbs press into her soles continuously.
“Well, it’s a very brief moment and usually just a few words pass in that time. I can usually just fill in the gap pretty easily. Constantly reasking what someone said is annoying and it makes me look stupid. People don’t seem to notice if I don’t pay attention to it.” Lara said in her flat tone.
Ms. Baker had to give it to the woman, she certainly was smart and she did have a lot of people skills despite being a huge bitch. She knew how to take advantage of how people thought. Well it was time to tackle that problem so her previous command wouldn’t miss its effect in making Lara look like a ditz.
“That is quite naïve Lara, people do definitely notice when you phase out and just ignore half of what they said. It’s rude and disrespectful to your superiors. It’s even dangerous. If you fill in gaps like it suits you that could lead to miscommunication. There is a trick which you can use to avoid being annoying though. If you just giggle when you didn’t fully get something people will automatically see you as being more likeable. A giggle can really go a long way, people won’t hold you so accountable if you just giggle.” Ms. Baker said with a smirk. Giggling certainly wouldn’t be seen as annoying continuously asking things again it would just make her look stupid instead hell the accountability wasn’t even a lie. People didn’t hold airheads as accountable as people they saw as intelligent. Constantly giggling would certainly make Lara seem like an airhead.
“Something else to really avoid in order to be more likeable to your superiors is acting like you know it all even if that isn’t the case. In fact before you make any claims you should make sure you know 100 percent that what you say is in fact correct. If you act like you know something, but make a mistake you will look arrogant and like a huge fool. Double checking is always in order to avoid looking stupid.” Ms. baker commanded, she counted on Lara being intelligent enough to make right claims, but if she could get her to doubt herself then it would work wonders at making her look dumber and especially more insecure. That should probably do it for now.
There was one more thing Ms. Baker wanted to check and then this session could end. “How are your toenails doing Lara, I imagine they have to look horrible by now. Or have you already went to the pedicurist?” Ms. Baker asked.
“I haven’t and my toenails are indeed starting to chip a little. It bothers me to no end.” Lara said, none of that bother making it through in her tone.
“It should bother you Lara, letting things get out of hand like that really isn’t a good look. Even if you never show that part to people you should look immaculate everywhere for the same reason you wear pretty and sexy lingerie. You can’t look good if your toenails aren’t on point. You might not realise it, but it really shows in your whole appearance. You can only look as good as the worst part of yourself. I know you are nervous about showing your feet so I want you to really consider asking your pedicurist to show you how to do it yourself. I’m sure if you are respectful and of course if you compensate her for her effort she will be more than happy to help you out and teach you how to take care of your toes yourself.” Ms. Baker ordered.
She could already imagine how useful it could be if Lara knew how to give a professional pedicure. With how she wanted to make herself useful she could already imagine that slipping into her daily life, and if not it surely helped to make her feel even more insecure if every part of her didn’t look as good as it could look. Either way it would be a huge win.
To finalise the session Ms. Baker went over the reinforcing of the trigger and the countdown of getting Lara out of trance once more. There was no need to make Lara get dressed and she kind of wanted the woman to wake up still massaging her feet. Lara was a lot more enjoyable to consciously have around now that she was making good progress with the therapy.
While waking up Lara briefly stopped massaging for a moment, but as soon as she fully came back to her senses once more she picked the foot rub up right where she had left off. This had been going on for pretty much the entire hour and her own thumbs were aching pretty badly by now. “Thank you so very much for the foot rub Lara, it really worked wonders. You’re the best. So how was your session, do you still want to carry on with it? Is it starting to work to your satisfaction?” Ms. Baker asked as she slipped her completely relaxed feet out of Lara’s hands and into her heels once more. It was the first time she was having this conversation with Lara aware, but at this point she was pretty confident about the results.
“Hihi It was amazing Ms. Baker, I always feel so relaxed coming back from these sessions ant they are really starting to show the long-time results you promised as well. Like I said I rarely feel as stressed out as I used to before.” Lara spoke after having just gotten another boost from Ms. Baker’s praise regarding the foot rub she had just given. Giggling lightly after she had zoned out when Ms. Baker spoke her name.
Thinking she was subtle Lara moved her hand up to scratch her nose and give it a sniff while she was at it. She was desperate for a description of the scent of Ms. Baker’s feet. It turned out to be a somewhat sour aroma, quite disgusting, but it was invaluable for her notes, and best to observe while fresh. After all by the time she would move out of the office the smell would have faded too much for a good observation.
The subtlety didn’t escape Ms. Baker who had to do her best to supress a smirk. This foot observation command turned out to be better and better the more she saw it in action. Apparently Lara couldn’t help but observe the smell either. She wondered how that would play out if anyone who didn’t know about her programming found out. One thing was certain Lara would be labelled as a perv for sure.
Acting as if she hadn’t noticed was the best course of action right now though and so Ms. Baker simply responded. “Well, I am very glad to hear so, I’m so glad I have been helpful in such a way already, but we can’t slack right now. Maybe just maybe if we keep up the good work you will find a way to deal with your stress even without therapy.” Ms. Baker said, wanting to urge Lara that her therapy sessions were still necessary.
“Oh I completely agree Ms. Baker, you are the expert of course. It would be a shame though to see all the progress we made go down the drain.” Lara said with a big smile, completely unaware that they were both talking about a whole different kind of progress.
“Well if you don’t have any more questions, that will be all for now Lara. I wish you a fine weekend and I’ll see you next Friday. Also thanks again for that foot rub. You’re a real angel and it has helped me a lot.” Ms. Baker professionally concluded rounding out this session.
“Hihi, see you next Friday Ms. Baker. Don’t worry about the foot rub, it was my pleasure. I’m very glad you enjoyed it.” Lara spoke with a quick giggle, getting up and leaving the office with a big smile, checking her appearance in the mirror as she walked out.
Ms. Baker made some quick notes on her findings today, the session and Lara had both been wonderful. Her feet felt so very relaxed and with Lara’s giggle, it certainly seemed like he commands had caught on. Of course that all remained to be seen still. The fact of the matter remained that Lara had already become a much nicer person. Ms. Baker didn’t feel the need to keep her in trance for the entirety of her session anymore. Instead it was quite nice to interact with this version of Lara. Now all that rested today was a phone call with Tina to explain this week’s commands.
Lara on the other hand just made her way home. She felt great, rather relaxed and happy that she had been able to do something back for Ms. Baker. Truth be told giving that foot rub had grossed her out, especially since her feet had been somewhat sweaty. She remembered that sour aroma on her hands all to well, in fact she had once again made detailed notes on it, but the fact that she had helped Ms. Baker made everything completely worth it.
The only thing bothering Lara causing her not to feel completely at ease were her toenails. It had bothered her for a long time already, but for some reason it now bothered her more than ever. As she arrived home and started changing out of her work clothes that worry only became more pressing. Her nails were continuing to chip worse and worse and the happy feeling of getting complimented by Ms. Baker started to slowly disappear. It was a problem she would have to deal with really soon, the sooner the better.
All she could think off to deal with this problem was to ask her regular nail technician to teach her. She could probably paint nails herself, but somethings were best left to a professional. She wouldn’t dare show her feet to the nail technician anymore, but getting help and tips from a professional would be so useful.
Surely asking for something like that would be awkward, but she was past caring about that by now. Her nails bothered her so much that she even considered dropping her quiz night tonight. She felt so self-conscious thinking about leaving the house with such messy toenails. It was a feeling that realistically speaking could only grow worse if she didn’t do anything about it, her nails would suddenly fix themselves after all.
After a lot of internal debate Lara eventually did decide to get ready for the quiz night. Like had become usual for her by now she once again selected dresses based on length which translated to the shortest dresses she owned. Her business attire had transformed to being pretty sexy, but her other dresses were downright seductive, barely long enough to get away with in public. The hem constantly flirted with showing off her stocking tops.
Dressed to attract pretty much all eyes Lara headed out to the quiz venue. She was a little on the late side after her internal struggle about her nails, but she still arrived before Charlotte did. Kelly and Romy were already present. The two women couldn’t help but stare at Lara when she approached. The heavy makeup, the sexy dress, the seamed stockings, the very high heels, Lara looked more like she was going to a date’s house for some fun than to a quiz.
It was so out of sorts for Lara not that Kelly noticed, she was too busy clamping her thighs shut as she stared at how hot her friend was. She had never really admitted it, not even to herself, but now it was very hard to keep on denying that she had a crush on Lara. God what was she thinking. She was her friend, but she looked so hot and so good dressed as she was.
Romy was a little more sceptical, but she just pinned it on the fact that Lara might have finally made that switch in her head and started living a little. Maybe she was looking for a guy to settle down with? Although if that was the reason she would probably attract the wrong guys. Romy decided to just let Lara do Lara, she would figure that out eventually. Besides it was nice to see her friend live a little instead of spending all her time chasing her career.
They all just exchanged rather simple greetings although Kelly once again got a slightly teasing smile make her heart flutter. It was only when Charlotte arrived right after Lara that she really got a remark on her outfit. Lara hadn’t been able to sit down just yet as Charlotte used the opportunity to give her a playful tap on the ass making her shriek in surprise before causing laughter all around.
“Damn, look at you go Lara, you look hot. You can’t tell me you dressed like this, but aren’t planning to go out with me afterwards. I mean look at you, you’re fucking hot. I would love having you along and I would appreciate someone to pull attention away from me, sometimes it get’s a little much at times even for me you know?” Charlotte laughed being very direct as usual. It broke the tension enough for everyone to share a quick laugh.
“Hihi, you know I might even take you up on that offer.” Lara said with a giggle which was also very out of sorts of her, yet in the relaxed mood of a Friday evening quiz and with the prospect of going out afterwards no one really questioned it. Lara felt great, getting complimented like this, and since Charlotte said she’d appreciate it she couldn’t really find it in herself to say no.
“I think I’ll tag along as well.” Kelly said mesmerised by her two hot friends. While Lara’s little black dress was very revealing Charlotte looked equally hot in her less revealing white jumpsuit which clung to her skin. It covered a lot more skin, but was equally sexy with the open back and how much cleavage it showed. Kelly was dressed really modest compared to her two friends, dressed in a pair of simple black leggings, black low-heeled ankle boots and a white t-shirt. She wasn’t really the going out type, but she would do anything to keep on enjoying the delicious sight of her two friends a little longer.
Soon after that the conversation stopped as the quiz started. A quiz that turned out to be surprisingly challenging and stressful for Lara. Each person on their team had their own specialities and strong suits, but for some reason Lara constantly ended up second guessing herself, even on things she was very sure of. Where she normally spewed out one answer after the other she now took a lot more time to think and rethink her answer, before giving it, often ending up in someone else giving the answer first. It ended up making them drop a place or two from where they usually were, simply because they missed out on answers Lara could make an estimated guess on, but now didn’t dare to out of fear of being wrong.
As nerve wrecking as it had been for Lara and her competitive drive the others didn’t seem to care too much. For them it was just a fun tradition and a way to keep in touch. They weren’t nearly as competitive as Lara and so didn’t blame her despite finding it odd that Lara had seemed so much more insecure than normal. As nerve wrecking as it was, the obvious stares from Kelly also helped relax her a little
After the quiz was over Romy pretty much instantly left to go home as usual. “So girls, still up for going out with me?” Charlotte asked after they said their goodbyes. Lara and Kelly eagerly agreed. Lara could really use some more confirmation from stares after her nerves from the quiz and Kelly still wanted to stare at her friends some more.
Excited about going out with her friends instead of alone, Charlotte led the way to a nearby club she often hung out at. There was a line but Charlotte didn’t care. She just walked straight to the front, the three of them getting a lot of stares from the people, mostly guys in the line. Lara definitely noticed that she and Charlotte were getting a lot of lustful stares which felt great to sooth her nerves. Kelly, underdressed and with a flatter figure didn’t get as many stares as her two friends, but she didn’t seem to notice as she was staring at them herself.
In the front of the line Charlotte walked up to a very tall muscular bald-headed black guy blocking the entrance. He was dressed completely in black and looked like he spent all his time off the job in the fitness. Seeing Charlotte, a big smile instantly broke out across his face. From Charlotte his eyes quickly drifted to Lara who threw a flirty smile back to him.
“Hey Jerry, could me and my friends go in for a drink?” Charlotte simply asked as if the guy was an old friend of her. The fact that this Jerry or something like that had instantly recognised her told Lara that Charlotte must have been a regular here.
“Do you even have to ask Charlotte? You know the answer is and will always be yes. Go ahead and have a good night. The same goes for you ladies. Go have some drinks and some fun.” Jerry said with a huge smile as he unblocked the doorway for them without further questions asked. Lara could feel his stare fixed on her though, something which would have been nearly an insult to her before, getting stared at by a bouncer.
Now it filled her with joy however. Feeling his eyes on her she even put an extra wiggle in her step while walking passed him, enjoying the attention. Before turning around at the last minute, giving the bouncer who was now staring at her ass a quick wink and a smile before continuing on her way.
Charlotte who had seen Lara’s reaction to the bouncer just smirked. Like everything flirting so hands on was nothing like Lara would usually do. “If you want to go for Jerry, I have to say you’re making a good choice.” Charlotte said over the music that was coming their way, holding her hands apart to signal the fact that Jerry had a big dick at least according to Charlotte, if anyone knew it had to be Charlotte though.
Her friend reactions shocked Lara a little. That was not what she was after, not at all. She had just enjoyed flirting a little, the thrill and confirmation it gave her. Trying to play it off cool Lara just shrugged and followed her friend to the bar where she apparently knew the lean slick looking Latin bartender as well. “Hey André, three cosmopolitans please.” She shouted his way with a smile. André was all to happy to indulge, free of charge even. Apart from an occasional fling with Charlotte, she also brought in a lot of revenue for the bar. Guys were constantly buying her drinks and one look at her friend told him that revenue would at least double tonight.
It was all kind of new and amazing to both Lara and Kelly, but they weren’t about to complain. They were both more than eager to follow Charlotte’s lead. It was very apparent that this was like a second home to her. With their drinks in hand they moved out to the dancefloor.
As they danced it didn’t take long for the first guys to approach them, dance their way, trying to score. Both Charlotte and Lara eagerly danced along, enjoying the attention, rubbing up against the men getting them even more worked up and into them. There was another guy trying to dance with Kelly, but she shrugged him off, more into seeing her friend’s bodies move so seductively. Somewhere she felt a pang of jealousy seeing them rub up against those guys and not against her.
Kelly’s jealous look didn’t go unnoticed by Lara either and while she was thoroughly enjoying the attention and the confirmation it gave her, she felt bad for Kelly. Bad enough to ditch the guy she was dancing up against to go and dance with Kelly. Usually she wouldn’t care that much and just go for what she liked best which were guys, but she had been able to observe Kelly’s feet way better than the feet of that guy and so in her mind Kelly was more superior to her than that guy. It led to Kelly being more important to her, or at least the confirmation she got out of flirting with Kelly.
Although it felt awkward and somewhat uncomfortable flirtingly dancing with her friend and a girl at that, she got so much more out of seeing Kelly face clear up than she did out of the reciprocation of the man she had been dancing against. Kelly was rather awkward and didn’t dare possessively putting her hands on Lara the way that man had done. On top of the satisfaction of getting confirmed by her superior friend, a lot of the men also stared and cheered for the two dancing women.
As the evening dragged on Kelly slowly became more handsy and a more active participant, but she never took it far or too inappropriate. She was having too much of a good time that she worried she would otherwise spoil it.
After a few hours of this and a couple more drinks paid for them by some guys around who were enjoying the show, Lara and Kelly finally had had enough. Charlotte was no where to be seen anymore, probably off with some guy so they didn’t bother looking to say goodbye. Instead they went outside and said their goodbyes.
“Thank you so much for the amazing evening Lara. I had such a great time dancing with you.” Kelly said right before leaving, making Lara giggle. As they parted ways Lara felt pretty good, the stress from the quiz had been forgotten, now all that was left that bothered her were her chipped toenails. It was something she would take care of as soon as possible though Lara thought as she headed home and off to bed.
