Elena can take the cure and damon cam take it from her since Elena wasn't a vampire for long she won't age when the cure is out of her

They can both take the cure. Elena’s been a vampire for only about 2 years so if the cure is taken from her blood, she’ll only age to like 20 year old. So Damon can suck the cure from her blood, as long as no one takes it from his system, he won’t age rapidly.
