I had the same initial thought as Mardios when I saw this but it really grows is on me the more I look at it - especially from the angle where you can see that he is not standing up completely. As you mention there should be no recoil. Its just like holding a large laser marker ;) I'm so grateful that you complete the weapons range for those!

I partly agree, but I was guided by modern types of anti-tank weapons. Many of which are on the machine, but at the same time the shooter can use it when he is shooting from the shoulder. There are many pictures from Syria, where they shoot this way from SPG-9 https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CXsj78AWMAAA_fV.jpg. In addition the lascannon should not have any recoil. :)

:( i like you tried to do something different but having a lascannon on a normal human shoulder seems a bit unrealistic, an ogryn or try again Bragg's from gaunts ghost maybe
