END CHAPTER ONE OF FALLEN.
I hope y’all enjoyed this first chapter of my fantasy-romance story, Fallen! We’ll now be switching back to start Chapter 4 of The Young Protectors: Double Cross!
But not quite yet!
The next update will be on Wednesday, January 5th, 2022!
There’s long overdue maintenance of this Web site that I need to focus on as well as some catch-up we need to do on some in-progress comic page art, not to mention all the craziness of the holidays, so I’m going to take this last week of November and the whole month of December off.
That will be the longest hiatus I’ve ever had in the 10+ years I’ve been running this webcomic, but don’t worry, we’ll be back posting pages again, twice a week as usual, starting Wednesday, January 5th.
And you don’t want to miss that, because I’m super-excited to share with you what I have in store for Flyboy, Teen Spooky and Amanda now that The Platinum Priestess is back in the mix! In chapter 4 of Double Cross, there’s fantastic action, drama, comedy and even a bit more romance. I’m really proud of these next pages, and I think you’re going to love them.
If you haven’t already, this would be a great time to make sure you’re getting page update notices via one of my convenient Subscription options so you don’t miss when I start posting pages again. You know how life gets. I still hear from readers on FB all the time who lost track of the comic for years, and then were heartbroken at all they missed!

Tune in sometime in late 2022 for Chapter 2 of Fallen, because Adam DeKraker is finishing up his break and on Wednesday, January 5th, 2022, we’ll be returning to begin Chapter 4 of our main Young Protectors’ arc, Double Cross!

I'm glad you're enjoying the way I'm ending the chapters, QueBijoux. I definitely hope to set things up so folks want to keep reading! And glad to hear you enjoyed this first chapter of Fallen. Yep, we'll definitely be back. I think it's a good system to have these two arcs that allow my artists to take a break when they need one without having to stop publishing comics. The two arcs are actually connected, so there's a good reason to publish both concurrently. (Shhh...) And there's much for fun ahead for all The Young Protectors characters! :)
