In the first shot, Agent Fox, who was presumably sat in her car outside the house, has raced in to protect the family and confront the intruder. Emma is upset and concerned for the MC. And Charlotte has jumped out of the bath not really knowing what is happening. The MC is returning to the house, so it looks like the intruder has gotten away. But, there is a question mark and a subtle clue in the image that suggest that might not be the case.

I am assuming that there is no assailant in sight and thus Emma is not in immediate danger. Looking at the alignment, if Emma were a shield, the MC would have his back turned to the danger, which I doubt.

The MC is seeing "the body's" body, wow. -- also he's to distracted those other guys are creeps and need to be punched also why is Charlotte using Emma as a shield? she would have Emma be behind her so she could protect her

Oooooh, it looks good! Due to a tech problem with my main laptop, I had to reset it, and I didn't backup anything. I lost progress on lots of AVNs (including HS), so I have to replay HS. But I can't wait for V0.14! The best part of this is that I get to experience HS all over again.
