It depends on the occasion. A nice candlelight dinner, at a high end restaurant, wearing an elegant dress, then you want it up. For the more casual times, you want to let it down, and have a more relaxed look. Either way you look beautiful.

up while you're getting wet, down for that bedroom look. I like the bedroom look best, but it wouldn't be a bedroom look if down when getting wet, it would be the I got caught in the rain and I'm wringing my hair out look. :)
