you should call now. Regardless if the pain goes away that could just be the inflammation reducing but the issue not changing. I missed out on most of my time in high-school because I had cists in my jaw but never went in because they'd only act up for long enough to make me miss some tests and events but then stop hurting for a few weeks only to act up again later. They were basically triggered by stress so every time something important came up to stress about they'd knock me out. 3+ days of pain means it's not a bruise or anything like that. its very likely a serious dental issue or a tumor / cist. You really should book an appointment with an orthodontist as soon as possible because they're always in high demand. Very likely you won't even get an appointment till next-next month and that's only because you're doing it now.

I mean, I already went to the Dentist and the Doctor. As far as they seem to think, it’s just normal TMJ. I’ve only had it for two days and a night. I’ll just keep watching it and resting. If it doesn’t get better I promise to do something about it. But I am going to wait a few days since it really hasn’t been that long.

You should not let this fester. For your own health, you are better off going now rather than later. Depending on what it is, it can spread to more than just your jaw.

Jaw pain is almost always 1 of two things. tooth infection that spread to the root nerve, or a tumor / cist. Please do not just take it at face value that this is just TMJ. Especially if this has been happening for a long time. You need to go to an orthodontist, not a regular doctor or even regular dentist.
