What a pain to log in and see the files. I can't get into the "members depot" and keep getting a different message. With all my other Patreons, I was able to start within five minutes after paying my membership. If I read some messages here, there are members who have been waiting weeks to be activated. This isn't how Patreon works. So, I'm going to unsubscribe after only being a member for half a day. Thanks.

Any clue on when I'll have access? I subscribed at around 1:20 AM on 6/5/2025, registered on the main site, then went to bed. In the morning, still nothing. ahh cmon Bonnie, lets be accurate, there was a large amount of activity on your account when you signed up which hindered the process, you deleted your subscription before it could even be activated and then it rolled into May, meaning your april subscription was no longer there anyway. Hi, I have just done another activation, please let me know if you do not receive it. Please understand you joined the patreon during its monthly cycle. Every month, for a period of 12 hours we do not get notified a new member has joined, you happened to join on this day. This is nothing we have control over unfortunately, its just the fact you joined while patreon themselves were processing the monthly payments from all patreons, not just ours - so on the last day of the month / the first day of the new month, both this place runs really slow and also our notifications are extremely delayed. I don't get a new message notification here for around 4 hours this is why I ask users to contact me on the member depot or use the patreonsupport@hex3d.com in your welcome email
