Lately I've been wondering about shaking up this place, but I honestly don't know how. I'm not burned out or tired of it or anything, but it feels like it could use something. I often wonder if increasing the number of drawings would make a difference vs doing the variants, but I feel most would rather the variants.
To that point, I figured I'd ask for any suggestions on the kinds of things people would like to see me do.
For example: I know the gag variants are what carries a bulk of this, and they're not going anywhere, but would gag sequences be something of interest? I've never been one for layered gags, but I do like the idea of sequences going along.
Costume variants could be a thing too, but they'd probably not have the gag variants along with them.
Also bringing polls back in some way would be fun, as I've mentioned before, but I came to really resent them before so I don't know how that would go. Voting on categories?
Further to these points, I've thought of putting up the price on each tier by $1 each, but I'm wary of doing so. I've mentioned in the past of changing the base currency, but I don't like how that'd push conversion charges on everyone.
Oh, and part of the reason I was thinking about all this is because I had to effectively shut down my Gumroad store. I feel less tied to the structure now that it doesn't matter for that.
At any rate, I'd love to hear what you all think about these things, and I hope you enjoy what I've got lined up for this month.

alt costumes seem fun, maybe a raffle too every once in a while? Ive been satisfied with your work ever since I subbed to you though, so I think youll be fine no matter what :)

Now the alt costumes could be a fun concept, especially if it can tie in with whatever the story is… torn maybe after a struggle, or if captured already maybe placed into a new costume (bunny girl working a club) themed to their original outfit perhaps? …I’ve only got superheroines and spies in mind for that.

Verity of outfits would be cool to see even without all the gags. Some of my favorite are maid, bunny girl, maid, dress, and many others.

I think short gag sequences or comics could be a fun way to change things up.

For me blindfolds aren't usually quite my cup of tea. But I would not discourage you to make such variants as I'm sure others will. And overall I do enjoy sequences and comic type strips whenever it fits my exact personal picky preferences or not. E.g. Often something I will like in it anyway and the dynamism in such scenes are cool. (And sometimes it can be 100% up my alley). The only other thing in mind, is follow up scenes I think really fun. Like the tie up scene after a handgag etc. Active narrative often really good I find. (Note providing not too much work).

It's a good suggestion! I mentioned in another comment that I could throw in stuff like blindfolds too.

Limited gag sequence can be very fun. E.g. stuffing followed by OTM gag. Though maybe something like the gag in the process of being applied (e.g. gag being pulled on) vs already there and secure as variations. E.g. don't know if worth the hassle with your time or not of course.

I do enjoy making comics, but I don't know if people would really want that in lieu of the usual pictures.

Heck, what about full-on comics? Like, you could take a month where you'd normally draw four pinups with variants, and instead do a two-page comic. You've done mini-comics occasionally, and they've been pretty fun.

That's the kind of route I was thinking of. A little story sequence to show what's happening.

Layered gags are also not my thing, but maybe just a short sequence of the damsel being gagged? Like, show a few frames of the the baddie stuffing the ballgag in her mouth and strapping it on, or stuffing a sock in her mouth and then taping it shut. That'd be cool.

That's what I was hoping! Could even throw in things like blindfolds easier than with the usual variants, too.

I'd be down for a sequence every so often to shake things up a bit. Could offer some fun opportunities with the dialogue and the character's reaction changing each part.

Oh, I'm sure they've messed it all up at some point. I'd rather it be a few costumes OR gag variants, but maybe a mid-point could be worth it. Trouble is everyone would suggest cutting the ones I like to make space and that ain't happening.

Those really have to be their own, separate things as most times they just wouldn't work. I'll keep it in mind though!

I’ll let you know from experience that trying to up your tiers prices is a hassle. Unless they’ve updated the system (doubtful) you’d have to delete and remake the tier and get everyone to unsubscribe and resub to the new one or else they’ll be charged but receive none of the posts I think if you wanted to introduce one or two costume variants but then drop the number of gag alts way down it could be something to try out

I’m down for whatever, but i wouldn’t mind seeing more Chloro/anesthesia mask variants/pieces whenever they could apply. You do really good sleepy eyes :P
