Cheers Mark. The annoying thing is, our resident proofer caught all that and then whilst he was busy, I thought I'd have a crack at re-designing the Index and obviously I used the old content to build it and forgot to implement the fixes from the proofed copy, gah. We'll get it fixed for print, thanks again!
