Godot 3.0 is out!
🕑 Added 2018-01-30 02:38:41 +0000 UTC And it's much better than anything I could have ever hoped, thanks to you!While all of you have most likely read the announcement today , I wanted to personally thank you all for your support these months.
Thanks to your donations, I could work full time and spend my days helping all other contributors get familiar with Godot, as well as fixing issues. This has been super productive and now there are many more developers familiar with the engine source code.
As a result, this release ended up being a lot more stable and with a lot more features than if I would have needed to keep working as a consultant most of my day.
Hats off to you and thanks from the bottom of my heart!
My next priority now is making sure the tutes/demos/features you voted get done. Many devs already expressed desire to work on some of them, so I will ensure to work on the ones that are not taken.
