Thanks to your generous support, we reached our third Patreon goal and I (Rémi) will now be able to dedicate my full-time to Godot as project manager and representative!I wrote some insights on what Godot's free and open source project management entails (from my perspective), how I handled it so far and what are our plans for the future (and my job assignments).
