I really do try to make it clear that this is her and Humphrey before their long friendship. How Clara has never met someone like him and how Humphrey hasn't attuned himself to Clara and basically just act like he would to any other girls~

dunno if its on intention but it super feels like clara is working her usual game and confidence and humphrey is just immune to it and his natural charm is so disarming and hhhhhh this is so nice
