cuts made with silver things are not possible to regenerate, those cuts are sewn so that the person in question does not die of bleeding, as the wound does not heal, the pain persists. In the case of nika's ear, since she was small (4 years old) she was able to regenerate it because immortal children have more regenerative properties than adults, the wound healed but will still hurt (it becomes a very sensitive area) but like in real life, healing varies depending on the person. i explain this a little in episode 65

Lol not to be that person..but the regrowth of the vampires seems to vary. Arms and mouths can regenerate, but not ears and skin (scars and tattoos)? Are regenerative properties only possible once a vampire enters adulthood?
