Howard Stark leaned over the ancient text spread across his worktable, his mind racing with possibilities. The faded inscriptions, carved into the fragile parchment, told a story that defied human history.
His hired linguists and historians, some of the best minds in the field, had spent weeks decoding it, and the results were nothing short of terrifying.
"A ruler before rulers. A god before gods. He who shaped the land with wisdom and strength. His reign flourished, but he vanished into the shadows of time. His return will bring order… or the world shall burn."
Howard exhaled sharply, running a hand through his hair.
"This guy either predates everything we know about civilization… or we’re dealing with something way beyond human history."
It wasn’t just the text. The statue, uncovered in the Middle East, bore an uncanny resemblance to the Emperor they had encountered. The same regal posture, the same imposing presence, even in stone. The face was weathered, partially broken, but there was no mistaking it.
Howard set down the translated text and leaned back in his chair. His gut told him something big was coming.
And when his gut spoke, he listened.
He turned to one of his engineers. “Prepare the prototype. We need to be ready.”
Ready for what? He wasn’t sure yet.
Steve Rogers: Doubt and Conviction
Steve sat in a dimly lit room, staring at his reflection in the polished surface of the table. The Emperor’s words echoed in his mind.
"They will either understand… or they will be left behind."
Steve had seen power before. He had fought men who thought themselves gods. But the Emperor… he was something else.
He had wiped out Hydra soldiers with a wave of his hand, his golden armor untouched by bullets, his eyes burning with something beyond human comprehension.
Peggy and Howard sat across from him, watching as he processed his thoughts.
“He saved my men,” Steve said finally, breaking the silence. “He saved me. But I can’t ignore what he said about ruling the world… Is that really the only way?”
Howard scoffed. “That’s the problem with guys like him. They always think they know best.”
Peggy folded her arms. “What if he does? We don’t even know what he really is, Steve. What if he’s right?”
Steve clenched his fists. “Then what does that make us?”
Another silence settled between them. Howard leaned back in his chair, deep in thought. "For now, we watch. We gather intel. We don't make a move until we know exactly what we're dealing with."
Steve gave a slow nod, but deep down, he knew one thing for sure.
A storm was coming.
Hydra: Fear of the Unknown
In a dimly lit bunker beneath a Hydra facility, Dr. Arnim Zola adjusted the controls on an old projector. The grainy black-and-white footage flickered onto the wall, showing the massacre of an entire Hydra platoon.
A golden figure, standing amidst the wreckage.
Soldiers lifted into the air, crushed like insects.
Bullets stopped mid-flight.
Flames burning in unnatural shapes, as if the very air bent to his will.
The footage glitched, unable to fully capture whatever force the Emperor was using.
At the far end of the room, Johann Schmidt, the Red Skull, watched in silence.
After a long moment, he exhaled. “This… is not a man.”
Zola adjusted his glasses. "If he is not a man, Herr Schmidt, then what is he?"
Red Skull turned away from the screen. "A threat."
Hydra’s forces had been built to fight armies, to wage war against nations. But this… this was something else entirely.
“He interferes in my war. That cannot be allowed.” Red Skull’s eyes gleamed with fury. “Prepare the next phase. If he believes himself invincible, then let us put that to the test.”
Zola hesitated. “Herr Schmidt, our research with Tesseract energy is still unstable. If we rush it”
Red Skull’s fist slammed against the table. "We do not have the luxury of time! If we do nothing, we will be left behind!"
Zola gulped and gave a reluctant nod.
Across the Hydra base, scientists and engineers scrambled to work. Prototypes powered by stolen Tesseract energy were being rushed into production.
They didn’t need to kill the Emperor. They just needed to find a way to hurt him.
The Gathering Storm
Each faction was moving toward an inevitable conflict.
Howard and his scientists worked tirelessly, unsure if they were preparing for war or diplomacy.
Steve wrestled with his morals, caught between what he had seen and what he believed.
And Hydra, always seeking domination, now sought a way to fight the impossible.
But in the depths of the Earth, hidden from the eyes of the world, the Emperor stood in the heart of his laboratory, watching his creations take shape.
His Astartes were almost ready.
And soon, the world would know his will.

Yes but that what it's tribes thought of him

Steve Big E doesn’t think himself a god that’s the entire point. Humanity needs to have it’s shackles they willingly put on in favor of false gods to be broken and if force is necessary so be it. Humanity is caged in ignorance and manipulation. Our species will never reach it’s peak until the last stone of the last church is cast down upon the last priest.
