So, this means most patrons will get 2 more videos from her in a month. I've finished editing her video, and even though I planned it to be shorter, it became LONGER. Almost 21 minutes of poor Jason laying over Ms. Geraldine's knees (or should I better say VERY LUCKY Jason?)
Needs some details to be fixes and that's it. This is a deluxe video, exclusive for Jedis and higher tiers. But, I will give it also to very loyal Padawans, the ones who have been here for at least 3 consecutive months. Padawans who are in their second month, will get Mrs. Rachel in bikini, a reward I'll give as late November content for them and higher tiers, except the cancelling one. New and returning patrons will have to wait for their next payment to get this content. Bounty Hunters, Rebels, Spankytroopers and Jawas. I won't give you any content now, so that you get the Xmas video next month, which cost would be higher than 2 month membership.
Active Patrons who have cancelled for next month, won't get new content. New and returning patrons, will have to wait for their next billing cycle to get these new releases.
NEW CONDITIONS.
I wanted to be nice, and give content in advance, but I've got some bad experiences, particularly one last week, that I decided I won't be nice that easily. It was a Bounty Hunter, a loyal one, who complained because he had to wait 1 month to get new content, not like 2 years ago when he got everything instantly. He asked me to get the Secretary, a $21 video for his $10 membership. I gave it to him, because he was a loyal patron for 2 years. He cancelled next day, even though I clearly explained why I had to change the conditions, and that he was getting more than what he paid for. Losing $10 per month is very few. However, the way it happened was very frustrating, also because it was not the first time something like this happens. Also, I've had some new patrons who immediately cancelled because they wanted to get all the videos and even the games for $15.
To prevent something like this to happen again, I want to make things perfectly clear for EVERYBODY: new, returning, loyal, high and lower tier patrons.
1. NEW QUALITY STANDARDS. My content has improved in quality a lot (if not, I would quit, because I hate being mediocre). If you compare old games like la Llorona, Harley's dice, to Bratwatch, it's an enormous difference, especially in the most enjoyable scenes: the OTKs. Comparing La Llorona animation gifs vs The Secretary 3d videos is like comparing an iphone 12 with 64 Gb, with an iphone 16 pro, 256 Gb. What this patron demanded me is like if he went to Apple, and demanded them to give him the iphone 16 pro 256 Gb for the same price as the iphone 13, 64 Gb, just because he had bought all Apple's gadgets since iphone 7.
2. BETTER QUALITY = HIGHER COSTS. To increase quality, I need to spend a lot more. First, moving from genesis 1 model to genesis 9 had cost around $600. Any item for gen 9 at Daz3d costs from $7 to $25, poses, expressions, characters, hairs, outfits, textures... it's a lot. For any new video or game, I invest at least $100 in new outfits, hairs, locations, etc. Other new expenses I didn't have 2 years ago were the voices, the AI ones. I've already spent $30 on Emo's first chapter...so this means it will cost at least $100 for all the film. The secretary's 2 videos had cost around $35. Just to give you an idea of how much costs have increased, with La Llorona, I invested $30, the Mexican magical town, La Llorona's makeup and the mariachi outfit (Genesis 1 content was a lot cheaper). Now, let's add adobe creative suite, another $35 per month, plus wetransfer $10, dropbox 3gb $15, mega $9.99. These were expenses I didn't have to make 2 years ago. And, I'm not counting another hatred parameter: INFLATION. I'm not going to rise my prices just because, and be part of the "greedy cycle of soulless capitalism...".
3. HOW I DEFINE THE PRICES. I take as a model the costs of Fm spanking conten (an more specified fetishes), in all stores. The rates at clips for sale, spanking library, loyalfans, etc... are from $1 to $3 per minute. Some very popular mistresses are even selling stuff for $5 per minute! I will go for the lowest, so all my videos will cost $1 per minute. Jeannie's 8 min video was $8 and now the Secretary 21 min video will be $21.
4. HOW YOU WILL GET CONTENT. Easy. If I make a video or game that double the costs of your membership fee, you'll get it one month later than it's release. If it triples it, you'll get after two months, and so on. To make things attractive, I'll give everybody a rate of 10-30% discount. That's why I gave the Secretary, a $21 video to Padawans who pay $15 per month. I will define the discount according to what is simpler to do (math). If a new video costs $12, I will give it to Bounty Hunters ($10) and Rebels ($8). Rebels would get a big 50% off while Bounty Hunters would get only 20% off. But next month, if the new content is a $15 video, Rebels will get it 1 month later, while Bounty Hunters will get it instantly. Any patron can decide what he/she wants to get every month. For example, if a Rebel wants to get the new Secretary's video, I can give it in exchange for the Xmas special. You only need to write me a DM.
5. MASTER JEDIS AND SITHS. Since I began this Fm Fantasies Project, all patrons from Jedis ($30) and below, are getting new content every month at least at the same price of their membership. With you, the ones how are paying $50 and 80 each month, and since you got all the content available, I've always felt like I owe you part of my life. Of course, I know you do it mainly because you have a lot of faith in my work and want to support the project. My way to compensate for all you have spent, is by making your fm spanking fantasy be real. I don't know how much I would ask to make a custom video, like most mistresses do. The famous ones (super stars) ask $1,500 for a 10 min video. Some just ask $100 for a 5 min pov video. (Something very, very easy to make, as it's just her scolding you). I've asked in Daz forums, and pros say they ask $30 per hour to make an animation. According to this, my work would be more than the $1,500 Miss Stella Liberty asks for a custom video. However, I don't consider myself a super pro animator to have these rates. My videos are pretty decent, perhaps just good, but still there's plenty of details to be improved. Perhaps when I get close to Pixar... which looks like an impossible dream for now... I would have a $50 per hour rate. Anywar, now I wouldn't sell a custom video for less than $500. For now, I need all Master Jedis and Siths who haven't got their fantasy, to be patient. This customs are taking more than planned, so I can't make a schedule.
6. SPANKFOLIO. You know. The adventures of Emo Robin and Spankfolio are ahead, the closest projects to be released, but with a pause for the Xmas special. I had to delay Spankfolio because of the videos. Imagine this game with all OTKs and non-OTKs with full animated videos. It would be the next generation of games in OTK Productions, a huge improvement. With Emo Robin, I would not only set the scenario for Spankfolio with a good story, but I would improve my animations, so that those in the game become far, FAR better than if I worked on it with GIF animations. Now, this game will be the most expensive I've ever made. Top tiers will get it instantly, and the rest will get it 1, 2 or 3 months later. However, all loyal patrons, who keep their membership active, will keep getting new videos every month until they get Spankfolio, which will be almost for free. Patrons who cancel, planning to come back when Spankfolio's out, and expecting they would get it for $15, sorry, but, that's not going to happen. Depending on how it looks, and if it's really a big improvement, it's likely that I will only give it instantly to new and returning patrons in the $50 tier. I value loyalty, and those who are loyal and constant, will also get good discounts and extra gifts.
7. FUTURE PLANS. Then, if everything's goes well, Brave Knight 2 and Melvin's super game will be AMAZING. I will probably will have to move to Unity, because tyranobuilder will be insufficient. I aim HIGH!
Sorry if this was a bit sharp, but I've learned that I have to be a cold when it's about pure business. This year was a difficult one, after 2 years of constant growth, this was stable, with a big game pirated, some complaining and very demanding patrons who cancelled in the end, and a decline in number of patrons per month. I know I didn't release too much content like in the previous years (only 2 games). However, it's because of the same: better quality ----> consumes a lot more time---> fewer games, but better
Fortunately, videos are getting the business up again, and hope it keeps this way.

I truly support all your rants. It's almost the same as mines :) As I said before in another post, I have the feeling that most pros have gone too greedy. What angers me is how they rose prices just because. I will only raise my prices in the quality gets better, or in extreme case if inflation goes wild (hope never). But for example the Strict Ladies rising their videos from $1 to $3 per minute is annoying (why they haven't closed while far better sites like Strict Women or Vixen Ladies did?). About the HUGE costs for customs, I would agree if it would be professional (3 cameras, cinema quality, special lighting, great edition), as those are the real costs. I know because I've hired those services in my musical career. However, the ones they offer are made with a single camera, which can be just a tablet, no special lightning, nothing that would justify that enormous cost... And the povs... OMG! I can't understand how they are so popular!! Just a lady scolding you... And the quality of most new videos in the market? Boring... no magic... except some very, very few exceptions. Also, it seemed like if the most famous pros dislike OTKs, because most of their new posts are bending or laying over anything but over a knee... Ok... I can continue complementing your rant, but let's stop... for now :)

Sorry that you had that experience recently with a Bounty Hunter patron. The costs for everything have been going up. Actually, the biggest eye-opener for me in your post was how much the mistresses ask to get a custom video. I had no idea! I mean....$100 just for a freaking POV video that doesn't even have a real spanking in it?!? That's insane. And here I think that the Clips4Sale videos are ALL overpriced. It's ridiculous. I understand why content creators have gone the C4S route over web sites with monthly memberships where the videos can be easily pirated, but it seems to me the C4S route must result in a lot of lost customers. And there, I think, is the issue. The reason why some content creators can get away with charging so much for a custom video is that some financially well-off idiot will actually pay that much! Which leaves the rest of us who have to live on a fixed income and/or who aren't financially well-off not being able to afford much of anything. It's really a shame. Even when C4S have sales, such as this weekend, just a few videos STILL add up, and I wind up never bothering to check out because it costs to much for items that may not be as good as they look. Anyway, sorry for my usual rant! None of that is your fault. Your explanation here makes sense. Costs go up, and you just can't afford to be a nice guy, anymore. Understood. Keep up the good effort!
