Genesis 3 Skin Overlay

In an earlier post, I alluded to the fact I was experimenting with Daz geocraft. Find one of the first results: a full body overlay loading Genesis 3 female skin textures.
Download Genesis3FemaleSkin overlay from Mega. It already includes a freebie skin and two presets. You can use the Head and Mouth tabs to load different textures included in the package.
Details
It is truly a first version. If you are working with IT or for IT, it is the equivalent of a proof of concept and there are still areas for improvement. Among them:
- Reduce clipping: Depending on the character morphology, there is still some clipping. I recommend you use the Base Female skin underneath and adjust its color to your Genesis 3 skin to soften them.
- Correct thumb. The thumb is too short. I’ll need to correct it in blender.
- Thickness. It’s an overlay so it means there is thickness to it. This leads to the nose, mouth and eye contour being a bit puffier. It may require to increase other clothing distance to avoid visible clipping.
Also, note it does not include a geocraft for the genitals texture. I think the projection maps are too different between G2 and G3. Prefer non exposed pictures and scenes
You may also ask why Genesis 3 and not Genesis 8? The main reason is I thought it would be easier between Gen 3 and Gen 8. And I wanted to include a freebie skin within the package. This one is a past Christmas freebie from the creator vyktohria on Renderosity
