Hi Dave, I also edge highlight with a W&N Series 7 M S0, however I'm wanting to order a few Rosemary & Co's considering the price point. I live in NZ, so shipping time is a factor. Wondering, on an earlier video you mentioned you could replace the W&N with a Series 323, what size 323 would be equivalent or what would you recommend?
