Epic work, loving the detail and process, time to give it a go on a kill team. Also if you are lucky the new Blood Angels box has Flesh Tearers, s Sanguine and another chapter. Awesome work.

Just watched this one back to grab a couple of recipes Great job Dave

Love it! Do you have lists of the paints you use? Free hand is awesome!
Rough Rider Miniatures
Absolutely love your content. It's really making me push myself and I'm actually starting to see some progression, which is great because I seem to have been stagnant for the last 12 months or so!

Superglue should work fine, if using plastic glue then mask the contact points or scrape a little paint off and it should be fine

Another excellent tutorial broodah! Great job with the freehanding too ๐ช

Awesome video yet agian. What sort of glue do you use to attach painted sub assembled parts?
Rowan Spear
Love this! Exactly the stuff Iโm subbed for โค๏ธ Any chance of a mini episode similar to the Ork checker patterns but on harlequinโs suits and their diamond patterns?

Really amazing video Dave thank you

Oh! That would explain why I was getting better (in my opinion) results with the old home-made palette I used to use - I only really upgraded because the paper towel was tedious to keep from drying out and getting stiff and a bit moldy between sessions. I was just thinking that I was keeping the new sponge too dry, but yours also seems to have quite a decent amount of water. Thanks Dave, time to do some experimenting.

Hey Carbs, I use baking paper so that might explain why the paint behaves differently. Specifically this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09CTP1K7L/ Other than that there's nothing else extra, its a standard redgrass palette but any other wet pallete would work

Amazing as always, Dave. That freehand is a thing of beauty, and those lenses are so crisp. I'm sure you're terribly busy, but do you think it might be possible to do a quick wet palette primer at some stage? Your paints appear to bead on the paper, but aren't so wet that the pigments split - I just can't quite seem to get that knack.

I had the same issue lol. Using a VPN actually FIXED it for me. I was like what the hell? Haha. I think Patreon might have had some site wide issue as I tested a Cult of Paint video and the same thing was happening.

Your videos are absolute therapy, this one was 10.5/10

That's a strange one, sorry not sure what the problem is. Everyone else seems to be accessing it Ok, maybe try clearing your cache or turning off your VPN? Have you clicked through to the Youtube link?

I can't seem to access it.. keeps asking me to verify I'm not a robot :(
