There are two ways, As stated in the wiki, if you find Lilith and exchange the LOVE you got in exchange for calming the character, or just wait for the days to pass, after 2 to 3 periods the character calms down, it always depends on how much you insisted. By the way, this mechanic of them calming down over time was a mechanic that was a bit buggy, but I've already fixed it, download the latest version for the game to work correctly.

yo jw, if a character rejects you, can you try again later and they won't be mad? sucks reloading a save so it wont happen
