Should i give a13 BETA or a12.1 in Early Build

A13 is super fast smooth and well optimised but has less options compared too a12.1 but upgrade is worth is trust me
A12.1 is almost ending with v2.1 update
UPDATE: As per vote now decided that those device which have booted a13 will get a13 early build access and rest will get v2.1 (12.1) build.
Keep Patience builds will be given from tomorrow, we just finalize the source
