Fun fact: There’s an Event in Brooklyn that happens every year right around the Met Gala, called “The People’s Ball.”. It’s when regular people do their own version of the Met Gala, and they wear incredibly wild outfits. It’s a big party. I’ve never been. Never really wanted to go. But it’s very popular to New Yorkers.
