Ah, I announced it on the Discord this morning, but I've been extremely sick over the weekend, so the chapter release is going to be delayed until I get better, which judging from my condition, would be soon. Sorry for the wait, and thanks for reading!

Please

Just asking what we are all thinking. Sooo..... Chapter?

I bet he will use skeletons with peoples souls in them. Or at least I hope he will use there souls a wraiths

Spencer seidel

and.....Zombies. i hope he only ever uses them sparingly, they stink.

Thanks for reading! Those are some interesting guesses.

Awesome to see Alen finally embracing his power. Curious to see if he will manage to change his mana type to death or soul something or other or possibly become some sort of lich or phantom lord similar to Selerius. And judging by the pov from the villain and Selerius comments , I'm thinking that Alen is going to have to face some sort of arch lich who once betrayed Selerius or something along those lines. Regardless, awesome writing as ever.

Thanks for the support my dude.

This is awesome, glad I became a patreon

Raise Undead makes zombies, while the Summon Greater Skeletal Minion spell just grows undead from bone shards.

Yup, this'll be the book to set up the next ones in the series. Thanks for reading!

This chapter makes Selerius seem even more interesting. Now I am wondering what his story was, what business he has left to attend to, and how he got to where he is now. Also, I am getting a good feeling that we will get many opportunities to see Alen hold his own against some powerful foes, and get even stronger. I like that a lot. I wonder how his friends will act when everything calms down

what is the differences to the raise skeleton before and after this chapter.

Death Mana has a pretty good ratio. It's his second highest affinity right now. I'd say 1:1.7, but the reason it costs so much is that the magic in his body is too weak to sustain it, so he needs to pour a large amount of magic to even cast it as a spell. Kind of like putting a cup of cocoa powder into half a cup of water. He has to increase the amount of water or else his drink's going to get fucked. So until he reaches a higher threshold and improves the quality of the pure mana within his body, casting a single death mana-based spell will be disgustingly expensive. It's a glorified level restriction, essentially.

if I remember pure to Necrotic is 1:1 water is like 5:1 what is death mana radio
