Ok, I've listened to this one twice now and I have figured out what makes it so enticing. The fact that the speaker is talking AT you instead of TO you allows for a lot more flexibility in what the listener wants to respond with without it being "wrong". I really, /really/ like this style because of that and I love how the speaker gives instructions on what he wants you to do. I genuinely hope to see more of this style audio as a person who likes to respond to the speaker.
