Here's the thing, angels. You're already so kind that I'm reluctant to ask for anything else. But lately I'm receiving more and more requests from you generous lil things who want to spoil me, help me through this rough patch, and lavish niceties upon my body. And you know I can't say no to you.
And so: Birthday wishlist π
My big day is coming right up on June 23, but a lot of this stuff (ahem achoo espresso gear cough horny wheeze) would be most useful right now, as I'm currently moving back to NYC for the summer and trying to fill some essential missing pieces in my new apartment. So no pressure, but if you want to do a sweet thing for me (and maybe make my pupils dilate when I see your name pop up) there is now an official means to do so.
Finally, thank you to those of you who demanded this -- and actually found me on Throne and bought me presents before I made this announcement. You know who you are and you know how I feel about you. ππ

Its the most creamy melt in your mouth chocolate I've ever had, but still with a strong flavor! If you're up for experimenting Cocoa runners can be really fun because you can just buy a bunch of tasting bars and see how it goes! But I totally get that! I'm extremely picky with food and if its not good/of a good quality I generally wont eat it! And yes! the ethics are extremely important to me! From what I understand many of the choclatiers will work directly with the farmers and/or pay them much more than the fair trade certification requires!

Cocoa runners is just π€€π€€ The only thing with them is they ship using DHL which can be pretty painful to deal with, but the company itself is great! They let you get chocolate from small craft chocolate makers with ethical practices and omg some of the stuff Iβve tried is just otherworldly! I think of everything Iβve tried on that site, one of my favorites was by a guy called Friis Holm! (https://cocoarunners.com/maker/friis-holm/ ) If youβre into dark chocolate his βdouble churned, triple churned, and bad fermentationβ bars ruined me for all other chocolate honestly π₯²
