I'm glad about your softening for some of the songs on Machine & Soul especially as I remember the two ballads one is about your first dog Spooky and the other is about your Grandad (Paps) if I remember rightly two great songs. I also asked a question a while back if the lack of success and personal issues have tainted those years which was specifically aimed at Metal Rhythm but someone else here has asked about the so-called middle years (1984 to 1992)

Sounds like the man was working on trigger points. My physical therapist used to work those on my shoulders neck and back. It was about the only thing that ever worked to get rid of severe muscle related pain. You should get yourself a good PT specialist if the issues persist. 😊 The “fluffy” folks …. I wouldn't trust them. Though it “works” or seems to, there may be unseen “costs” or unexpected fallout! Just saying 😉Thanks for your updates and for sharing all you do!

Don't know if you're into podcasts Gary, but there's a great one called 'Let's Jaws for a Minute'. Each episode they talk in fascinating detail about one minute of Jaws, from beginning to end. Thanks for part 1 and glad your fluffy man helped. 🙂

I had a similar experience the only time I went to a chiropractor. I went in with a discount flier they had given me at a booth, but the receptionist tried to ignore it. And the chiropractors or techs tried to set me up on some long term plan I didn't want. I turned down all the offers to continue treatment. By the time I settled my bill and got back to my car I felt worse than before I walked in. But I'm also really terrible about not warming up before any kind of physical activity.
