Problems can happens for players who take more % of relationship than game must give. Some events need exactly number of % and if you over it - game can be stuck or skip some events. Now its fixed for most of issues, but broken saves still can have bugs. Fix working only for correct saves.

Just to be clear, can you actually miss an event now? Previously it wasn't possible, events just were on hold until you got them if they required combo of time and place and didn't automatically start.
