Ok, the other 2 times I was trying the library in the evening I guess, 1 event before darkness, just tried first thing after waking up and worked that time

got an in game notice the lvl 3 stuff for rosie is still in development so I suppose it doesn't really matter if it works?

Started new cause I never saved the first time, happened the second time also, same time, soon as librarian gives me the book goes to error screen

No one dont have this problem and for me its working perfectly fine, that means error only on your side. try to start it again.

Hi I also can't seem to find the correct time to talk to lucy she's either at work or watching tv which doesn't help lvl up

there is one day (maybe more) when she is not at work. you need to try every daytime every day. and on this one day she is in her room. worked for me perfectly fine. try every conversation option and you will see a new small event before the real "lvl up" event

I don't see how this is supposed to work. I'm level 3 with Rosie and 100% with Lucy. Lucy wakes up, takes a shower, then goes to work, then Lucy and Rosie are on the couch together, then Lucy is sleeping. The only time I can "interact" with Lucy is when she is at the cafe, or when she is with Rosie on the Couch. When am I supposed to do anything to trigger the level 2 event?

i play on pc and i can say that all of the events work perfectly fine, can't wait for more stuff :)

I'm seeing the same problem...when I go to type in info on a new game the keyboard does not disappear...if it's my phone I'll try and fix it.

First is a play card with her at the daytime and second after you take 100% and do every other scenes with her - you start event for taking lvl 2 for Lucy. It also working with old saves.
