While i have not played this update yet, this does happen with me on every update. Whenever i load my old save for a new update i can't seem to play the new content unless i start a new game, which is why i personally is taking a break from playing the game for a while.

If you play with walkthrough you must see that % doesnt matter because first important is the events in the walkthrough. And you can reach all events without problems if you use walkthrough and read carefuly, all steps are pretty simple. Game must be clear without translations and programs. If you not using it - tell me where exactly you get stuck with PM messages.

I have been trying to get along the walkthrough, but no chance to proceed with rosie, i am stuck at level 4, 0% progress. No further events are triggering, am I the only one? Tried to start the game from scratch, thinking it was the old save causing this, but still nothing. Any suggestions please? Thank you!

i don't use any translation and I'm not using any old save it crashes before i can do anything

0.3.1 is not released yet, read release dates before give a comment. You take access to update of this month, not the next. 1 pledge cant give you access to 2 versions because they release only once per month. Release date for 10$ is 7 jan and this info in the pledge tiers that you dont read also.

Something seems off, isn't 10$ sub supposed to give access 2d after release? I see no download links or posts for 0.3.1 for my level.

You need to play only original game without any translations or programs and dont use very old saves. In other ways it must work, you need to check RenPy requirements.

It's imposible. How you can see there's no any links or release posts. You need to check info on my page and tiers for understanding how I give content for patrons. For your tier it's must be 30 of December ;)
