I highly recommend moose meat to anyone who has the chance to try it, it’s so good, it’s like between venison and beef but it tastes like it’s candied. It might’ve just been the way it was prepared for me but it’s on of my favorite meats I’ve ever had. Also people talk a lot of shit about black bear being disgusting, and it does smell kind of insane but I’ve had it a couple times in burger form and very much enjoyed it.
