I mean, compared to a lot of the bindings Orion has used in the past, this one is down right gentle. Plus, its hard to say just how much Lea understands what she just did. In her mind, she was swearing that she was telling the truth, which is why her oath included a lot of what it did, as opposed to actually swearing to do something/follow certain rules. However, she was also completely willing to swear such an oath, which is why the magic took regardless.
