It was easy to dislike every character except the girl chained in the basement. While they were being unalived and ignored, I had to laugh at the brief slow-motion cut of the two carefree cops enthusiastically munching powdered pastries with zero fucks given as a bloody massacre unfolds possibly just down the street.
