Nope, they don't work that way. The second you put that medication into the patient you must have intubation equipment available. There is no 20-minute wait time. I noticed that. Anectine or Pavulon, to name a couple, will immediately paralyze her diaphragm. Unless Rich has a setup to intubate her and put her on a ventilator, it is game over. But then the movie would be about 15 minutes long. It's like when someone flicks the safety off on their Glock.
