This Widowmaker is not entirely created by me - I used the normal summer Widowmaker skin made for Blender by Arhoangel, and I made my own modifications to it. As such, to use this rig you must first own the Widowmaker rig that you can find here for $5.
Contact me through Discord, and I can send my version of Widowmaker over to you :)

I rather use Blender 2.79. Don't worry about me I got ways of transfer the model from 2.8 to 2.79 so yeah just send the model to me please.
