Small update. It’s been busy at the studio

If you have a failure, you should do a vat clean. Also, purchase a silicone spatula. Use it to stir your resin in the vat and feel for any cured resin in the bottom of the vat before each print.

Have you broken any LCD screens? I’m now waiting for delivery of my third one for my Saturn 3 Ultra. I think it’s small bits of cured resin being smashed against the screen and messing up the LCD. How often do you do a vat clean?
