I like the Gyaru style but your character just kinda looks like "Another Gyaru". You might want to go in and personalize her a bit. I like they style and it's obviously your art but it might be a bit too much of an homage and not enough of your own.

Fuck. Yes!!! Gyaru are the best. I'd say go for some of the outfits that the best 3D gyaru, Nonsummerjack, has worn in her sets. My point regarding the buttons was more about being able to opportunistically show more cleavage by leaning forward.

That said, the first few buttons of her shirt are unbuttoned, but its being obscured by her tie. Maybe lose the tie?

If she's going for slutty then maybe some of her top shirt buttons should be open. I'd also argue she'd need at least nipple piercings :D
