Since I'm gonna guess its Tifa: Tifa has been drugged by Sephiroth who is now forcing Cloud, Barrett, Aerith, and maybe a few others to do a chocobo race from Tifa's forehead to her toes and back. Sephiroth has shrunk himself (so he can officiate the race) and the gang to very tiny and forgot that the drug he gave Tifa also makes her horny. Hi-jinks ensue at all the important body parts.
