Who loves some pie sitting?! It's a Messy Workout Video from the vault!

Recently, a Patron requested this video from the vault: during the pandemic, I shot a handful of "workout videos" using pies, slime, and cream as weights and props. This one featured pie sitting, an army crawl through shaving cream, and bicep curls with pies, among other things.
