The Force
The "There are only 41 and perhaps a few others who are stronger than me" from Sebas happens a few times in the show from Nazarick people. It's referencing the 41 original players of Ainz Ooal Gown, the Supreme Beings, and the people who made all of them, of which Momon/Ainz is the last player. The "perhaps a few others" is Sebas being aware that some other Guardians of Nazarick might be able to take them.
