I’ve recently joined the AstroKaen team, I’m a programmer that’s got a fair bit of game dev experience, I’ve been working on games for over 10 years, and I use Godot for all my projects now.
I’ll be taking over development for Naughty Haunting, I’ll be working with the team occasionally to work on the game, though right now our focus is on Monster XXXPeriment
Currently the plan is to wrap up the rest of the remaining powers, and add a couple more ghosts and scenes in the game before spooky season this year.
The scope of the game is still going to remain small so that should wrap up all the features for the game. We have discussed future updates for Naughty Haunting, but nothing concrete until MonXXX is done. Right now we’re very much looking forward to getting the game updated with the remaining powers, and adding more scenes to view!
That said I’ve bored you enough, I’ve already got some work done on the game so we’re pushing out a small update!
Naughty Haunting v1.2
This version has only a few changes, mostly small QOL changes
Spirit Presence: The map power has been added! After buying it hit the Map key(M) to show a map of the maze
Remember, Ghosts do re-spawn but not near you!
The game now shows a little particle when you pick up a soul!
Ghosts now also provide a number of souls!
Souls are roughly proportional to how hard are to interact with
And that’s it!

Hey there, Just wanted to confirm from another user that all three file links go to a blank page reading "media file not found". Keep up the amazing work, and please don't feel pressured to fix the issue quickly at the sacrifice of your sleep or mental health! ^_^
