New member. I know I'm late to the party. Also: didn't read past this one yet. I understand that in her situation Jimin was entilted to think *ANYTHING* about her parents - but what if they didn't have an affair *at all*? If I understand it correctly, it happened on Jimin's *birthday*. What if her parents simply burried a hatchet, to cook her a surprise visit? First birthday with both parents since forever? What if the widow after Jimin's father is perfectly aware of that, but Jimin simply never talked with her about it, and that's how we will find out? It would be interesting, because it would give a spin to Jimin's convictions - love didn't fade away, nor it tried to hurt anyone. It actually tried to bring people together. Parents to her child. In the end it might seem too idealistic. Like ,,your problems weren't real", and all that. But I do think that Jimin's assumption isn't based around facts - there are milions of reasons for her parents to end up in the same car, affair is only one of them, and it's weirdly coincidental it happened on Jimin's birthday. Well, we'll see. I'll welcome anything the author is cooking.

Omg she dropped the Love word! Sera is just too much, she's so perfect. Kind, understanding, fun, sexy, etc. Sure I bet she has her own flaws that we have yet to see aside from her temper, but damn I wish I had a Sera of my own.

Children can’t understand their parent’s divorce. They believe that the parents leave because the children are unlovable and it’s the children’s fault that they are unlovable. Jimin loves Sera more than anyone she has ever known, yet she struggles with the fear that she is not lovable enough and there is someone out there more lovable than her. This review of Jimin’s history shocked me to realize how young Jimin is. It’s only been 10 years since her parents divorce and less than 4 since their death. Two years in high school and two more in uni. She’s probably around 20 yo. You can’t be that experienced at that age. Because of trauma, her emotional age has not progressed that much since the divorce. Despite how much she has suffered, Jimin is still kind and she can still love. She didn’t become an alcoholic, a crack whore or a sadistic top. Thank you for not splitting these episodes up. Would’ve been too much for me.

I love how obviously in love Sera is with Jimin. And I’m glad Jimin is opening up more and more…. I can’t imagine what Jimin has gone through…. I didn’t lose my parents but, I lost five family members and a friend in one year and it was the worst… especially when my older sister passed. That one really f*cked me up mentally… I still haven’t grieved properly and it’s bs when they say it gets better in time…. Any little thing can literally trigger me know and idk how to feel normal again….
