The best I can think of is that the healing property of the fire was infused into the rain,enhancing the growth of hair and even increased cum products. Just a guess.

I was confused. I was like surely they didn't have that much hair earlier in the series. Like I knew you wanted to draw wet hair, so I figured you might have been taking some artistic liberties, but I find it hilarious that this is actually a part of the story!
