I cannot believe how vicious Ben was on this episode. Usually he has such a pleasant reticent reserve, yet today, wholly uncouth. Tim I hope you are able to recover from this.

I didnt start heroin, but i definitely was involved in real estate scams (just lying about airbnb units) had a tenant that we had to evict, another die from overdose, a dude living in a flea ridden unairconditioned garage and a family living in a termite infested house with a newborn. This was all in the same house owned by my ex. I ended things when he was essentially squatting, refusing to leave a house that had no running water (think toilets in florida heat...) bc the new owners wanted to develop the land and was sending people to bang on the windows at night. This is just the tip of the ice berg with my Florida experience...
