You can now set a pool outfit in your closet. It will be automatically equipped whenever you swim in one of your mansions, or when you’re at a nearby beach.
It might feel a bit glitchy at first, but it’ll be improved over time.

The PM works fine; this is a case of a bad installation. Saying “my PM doesn’t work” is too vague. The installation is very simple: install the compatible mansions, install the requirements properly (not randomly), and make sure the versions match. Then it should work without any problem. Next time, ask for help via private message pls.

You need to check if the club is correctly installed and visible on your map, because my mod is not spawning anything, you need to install the map first from their owners. Then check if you installed the latest version of property manager, as it’s a one script for all
