INSTALLATION
Download into your VaM\AddonPackage directory.
Add outfit to girl and load the included Mermaid Pose.
The Shell bikini can be removed by setting the alpha to zero. You can change the size of the tail fins by changing the Distance Scale in the physics tab, to make the tail fins bigger or smaller.
There is an 'access' slit in the back of the tail, for ...stuff
KNOWN ISSUES
There might be some clipping issue with movements, especially if legs aren't in sync with each other. There is some stretched texture from the wrapping process.

the girl is my Lifeguard remixed with Nish_it's Alana body textures, as well as sim hairstyle.

If you can save the model as a scene in Unity, you can easily do the Full Scene Method, https://www.reddit.com/r/VirtAMate/wiki/custom_unity_asset_atom (near the bottom of the page)

thx your explanation. understand policy. i have one room asset from unity like yours.but cant import assetbundles into vam, as it unity model . i did try side of way importing reddit below https://www.reddit.com/r/VAMscenes/comments/a6bxov/creating_prefab_assets_in_unity_for_vam/
the background is ArchVizPRO Interior Vol.3 which is a paid unity asset so I can't share it. It is posted in a discord channel
